In consideration of settlement being completed in accordance with the contract, the vendor agrees to provide an Incentive $7,500 subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purchaser complying with all aspects of the Contract;

2. Purchaser complying with the terms and conditions of the Incentive published on Stockland website;

3. Purchaser completing settlement in accordance with the particulars of sale of the Land Contract;

4. Purchaser at no time being in default of any term of the Contract;

5. If the Purchaser does not fully comply with all aspects of the terms of the Contract or do not complete settlement in accordance with the particulars of sale or at any time during the term of the Contract are in default of any term the Purchaser will be ineligible to receive the Incentive;

6. Payment of the Incentive will be made as an adjustment at settlement.

7. The Purchaser acknowledge that:

a) the right to receive this incentive is personal to the Purchaser and is not capable of assignment to any subsequent purchaser, nominee or transferee;

b) the Purchaser must maintain in confidence the terms of this agreement and all information or material disclosed or provided in any form by any party to any other party in connection with the subject matter of this agreement and the Contract and ensure that this information is kept confidential.
