Anthony started Nostra in 2006 where his passion lay and became the youngest person to obtain a DBU license at the time. With over 15 years of experience within the Construction and Property industry, along with a diploma in Engineering Technology. Anthony has built Nostra over this time to now be a consistent member of HIA’s top 100 builders in Australia. Anthony’s extremely driven and passionate about building lifestyles, a strong culture within his team as well as lasting relationships with both business partners and clients.

With a Bachelor of commerce degree, Travis started his career in Accounting and Finance and worked within this field for over 10 years before making the move into the building Industry in 2010. Working across sales, operations and senior management positions within the industry, Travis brings a wealth of knowledge around systems, process and a strong business acumen with a focus on building and leading dynamic teams with a vibrant culture delivering for our clients.

Joseph's extensive experience in the construction industry, spanning over 20 years, positions him as a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of the field. With a background working for major builders, he has gained exposure to a wide range of projects from high end Display Homes, Government Social housing and Medium Density Townhouses across the residential sector in Victoria and Queensland

His qualifications as a registered builder demonstrate a solid foundation in building codes, regulations, and construction standards. Furthermore, his experience managing operations and construction further highlights his ability to oversee complex projects, manage teams, and ensure smooth execution from start to finish whilst maintaining quality control.

With this combination of hands-on experience and managerial oversight, Joseph brings valuable insights into the construction process, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality throughout all stages of construction.

After studying architecture at Deakin University, Ekrem began his professional journey as a truss detailer at Timbertruss, where he honed his technical skills and gained valuable industry experience. Ekrem, then transitioned to Porter Davis, initially serving as a BOM estimator before advancing to the role of project manager for all Medium Density projects, where he successfully managed over 300 units onsite. After leaving Porter Davis, he took on the role of Procurement and Building Evolution Manager at Nostra Homes, where he continues to leverage his extensive background in architecture and project management to drive innovation and efficiency in building processes.

With over 15 years of residential construction experience, Bianca is a seasoned operations specialist who has led multidisciplinary teams and played a key role in improving operations, streamlining processes, and supporting business growth. Having worked across everything from large-scale detached homes to medium-density townhomes and custom luxury homes, Bianca brings a deep, practical understanding of what it takes to deliver homes that feel personal, not just functional.  She has led high-performing, multidisciplinary teams within some of Australia’s most respected builders, contributing to national projects and driving operational excellence at scale.

Known for her high energy and clear direction, Bianca thrives on building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and her team. Her leadership style blends strategic thinking with a grounded, sleeves-rolled-up approach. Whether she’s refining systems, mentoring teams, or solving a site issue, she’s always focused on improving outcomes and making the process smoother for everyone involved. Bianca’s passion lies in creating meaningful, positive customer experiences, because she knows a house is more than just a structure. It’s someone’s future home.

As General Manager of Business Growth & Sales, Nick brings extensive experience across residential real estate, sales leadership, and property development. Beginning his career in real estate sales and auctioneering, he built a strong foundation in market insight and client engagement.

He has since held senior leadership roles with some of Australia’s largest home builders and land developers, leading high-performing teams and driving strategic growth initiatives. Most recently, Nick led sales & service operations for Victoria’s largest residential land developer, overseeing some of the state’s most prominent & iconic master-planned communities.
