Samantha leads the Finance division at Nostra Homes with a Bachelor of Commerce and over 25 years’ experience across a broad range of industries including Tech, FMCG and Construction. Samantha is a motivated leader with a broad skill set and provides valuable financial expertise with a strong focus for accuracy, process improvement and strategic thinking.

With over a decade of experience in the volume building industry, Stephanie has made a name for herself in property where she is a highly regarded expert in the Greenfields House & Land sector. Over her career, Stephanie has secured herself a strong network of industry partners. She has also played an integral role in transforming Metricon’s Medium Density division, Townliving. Along with a Bachelor of Management, Stephanie holds a certificate IV in Building & Construction. Stephanie leaned further into learning about Medium Density and worked as a Sales Director in the project marketing space where she developed the skills of master planning medium density into projects and delivering high level sales and customer service outcomes.

Sonia leads the Operational team at Nostra Homes; overseeing drafting, estimating, permits, colours and customer experience. She has a well- rounded skillset with over 15 years in the Construction Industry leading high-performance teams.

Sonia is a dedicated and driven leader who is extremely passionate about her team. She thrives on motivating others to achieve quality outcomes and ultimately, deliver exceptional results with a great customer experience.

Joseph's extensive experience in the construction industry, spanning over 20 years, positions him as a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of the field. With a background working for major builders, he has gained exposure to a wide range of projects from high end Display Homes, Government Social housing and Medium Density Townhouses across the residential sector in Victoria and Queensland

His qualifications as a registered builder demonstrate a solid foundation in building codes, regulations, and construction standards. Furthermore, his experience managing operations and construction further highlights his ability to oversee complex projects, manage teams, and ensure smooth execution from start to finish whilst maintaining quality control.

With this combination of hands-on experience and managerial oversight, Joseph brings valuable insights into the construction process, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality throughout all stages of construction.

Prior to joining Nostra Homes, Celeste completed studies in a Bachelor of Laws and worked within the legal industry for a few years before making the transition to Human Resources. She thoroughly enjoyed the legal work but wanted a change of environment where her legal skills would be both transferable and valued. At Nostra Homes Celeste is actively involved in a vast variety of tasks and projects, which include reviewing employment contracts, drafting company procedures and policies and holding discussions around employee performance management.

Andrew Liu graduated from University of Melbourne with a bachelor civil degree. He extended his study and obtained a master’s degree in engineering project management through University of Melbourne in 2015.

With over 8 years’ experience in production and sales estimating, Andrew Liu worked his way as an estimating manager with Nostra Homes, where he is passionate about providing support and mentorship his team. Andrew Liu is process and result driven. Andrew Liu loves playing basketball and watching movies at his spare time!

Wendy graduated with a Diploma of Building Design & Drafting from RMIT in Melbourne and has since built a diverse career in the construction industry. She gained invaluable experience early on with a large volume builder, where she was introduced to the dynamics of the Volume Building sector. From there, Wendy advanced her skills with an architectural firm, contributing to a wide range of projects, from shop and restaurant designs to large-scale homes and extensions. After approximately six years, she took the leap to run her own successful Design Drafting business.

In January 2016, Wendy joined the Nostra Homes team, where she has taken on several key roles within the company. Her journey has provided her with a unique, front-row view of Nostra Homes’ remarkable growth and evolution into the industry leader it is today.

Andy began his career with a carpentry apprenticeship in the United Kingdom, gaining experience across a diverse range of projects, including domestic, commercial, and heritage-listed properties. He also holds a Diploma in Building and Construction. 

In 2007, Andy moved to Australia, where he initially worked as a carpenter for a prestigious custom builder. He further expanded his expertise as a formwork carpenter on mining sites throughout Western Australia. With over 10 years of experience in maintenance and warranties, Andy has spent the past 4 years excelling as the Maintenance Manager at Nostra Homes, where he continues to drive success and innovation in the role.

Emily is a qualified Architectural Building Designer. She has worked in the building industry as a building designer/draftsperson for over 12 years and has experience both small boutique builders through to large volume builders which helps her understand small- and large-scale projects.

After studying architecture at Deakin University, Ekrem began his professional journey as a truss detailer at Timbertruss, where he honed his technical skills and gained valuable industry experience. Ekrem, then transitioned to Porter Davis, initially serving as a BOM estimator before advancing to the role of project manager for all Medium Density projects, where he successfully managed over 300 units onsite. After leaving Porter Davis, he took on the role of Procurement and Building Evolution Manager at Nostra Homes, where he continues to leverage his extensive background in architecture and project management to drive innovation and efficiency in building processes.
