Taking you through each step of the Nostra Homes experience

Are you looking to build your dream home? Feeling overwhelmed?
Let us carefully take you through each step of the Nostra Homes experience so you know what is involved and what to expect throughout your journey with us. 

1. Home Selection

This is where your journey begins in finding the home design for you. You will work one on one with one of our Sales Consultants who will assist and guide you through finding the design that’s right for you. We will then provide a fixed price quote for your consideration.

2. Tender Appointment

Preliminary plans are prepared and finalised for presentation by your Sales Consultant. This will be the final stages where you can finalise the design of your home. 
If land is titled Nostra will complete soil test and property information.

3. Contract Signing

Any changes from your tender appointment will be finalised and your contract drawings will be prepared in readiness for your contract presentation by your sales consultant and signing. Once signed, your project moves to the next phase.

4. Contract Signing

With your contract now signed our Interior Designer will be in contact to book your design appointment. This will be a dedicated appointment where you will be guided and assisted in creating/selecting the style of your home.

5. Pre-Construction

Your dedicated Building Co-ordinator will now take over your project and guide you through to Construction Commencement. Through this phase they manage any approvals required through Council, developers and to obtain your building permit. They’ll be in regular contact keeping you informed along the way. Your 24/7 client portal will be created at this point which is where all your important information is kept for easy access and also provide live updates on how your project is tracking.

6. Construction

The most exciting phase is when your home commences Construction. Once your building permit is obtained your Building Co-ordinator will confirm your commencement date. From here your project will be taken over by our Construction Team with a dedicated Construction Supervisor project managing your home build all the way through to settlement. Your Construction Supervisor will be your main point of contact from here on in and they’ll be providing you with regular updates throughout Construction. Onsite meetings can be requested through this phase.

7. Handover

CONGRATULATIONS! Your home build is complete and we’re now ready to hand over the keys to your new home. Your Construction Supervisor will arrange your final inspection of the home and once completed, the keys are yours after settlement has taken place.
