The costing is approximately $10k and from initial quote to installation can take up to 3 months. Do I have to organise my own demolition?

You will be required to arrange for the house to be demolished and for the site to be left clear and ready for construction to commence. After demolition is complete you will need to maintain the block so that it is clear and ready for construction. If there is fill required there may be a requirement for extra site works to secure foundations.

Do you pay stamp duty on a Knockdown Rebuild?
