So whether you are building a home or townhouse with us you and your family will have access to RACV’s Home Assist service for the first 12 months from the date of handover.
RACV Home Assist provides added piece of mind for you and your family. While the Nostra team is always on hand to assist with any maintenance issues that may arise within the first 12 months of occupying your home, RACV Home Assist is a 24 hour and 7 day a week service which will allow our clients to deal with many common home emergencies as soon as possible.
The most common home emergencies that are covered as part of RACV Home Assist are:
- A blocked toilet, pipe or drain
- A broken tap or showerhead
- A burst pipe or joint
- Broken or burst hot water system
- An internal roof leak
- A blackout or power failure in the house (excludes area wide blackouts)
- Being locked out of the house
- Broken glass
- A gas leak
So you won’t need to worry about the cost and repair of home emergencies even if these occur in the middle of the night or on weekends.
RACV Home Assist will attend 90% of emergencies within the hour and it provides for up to 8 call outs within the 12 months.
This is just another “anything but standard” offer and level of service when you buy with Nostra Homes.
