This is where your journey begins in finding the home design for you!

We’ll connect you with one of our Sales Consultants who will assist and guide you through finding the right design to fit your lifestyle.

Design Solution Presentation

You will experience a comprehensive presentation from your New Home Consultant, focused on developing a tailored Design Solution to suit your requirements. As part of this presentation, you will be provided with a customised Preliminary tender.

To proceed to the Tender Drawing stage, a non-refundable deposit is required. Following receipt of the initial deposit, the Preliminary Design and Preliminary Tender will be reviewed and finalised within 10 days.

Complete Sale

At this stage, all structural changes are to be finalised and captured in your Preliminary Tender and Preliminary Design Sketch. You’ll be required to sign all appropriate documentation within 10 days of paying initial deposit to maintain your fixed price agreement.

We also require your land contract and evidence of Financial capacity in the form of a pre-approval.

Tender

Preliminary plans will be prepared and finalised for presentation by your New Home Consultant. Together, we will review your Tender document and plans to capture final variations or nonstructural changes.

This is where we finalise the design of your home! The tender stage will also see the delivery of your HIA contract for review.

Contract Signing

A complete HIA contract including all finalised plans and tender documentation, will be presented and signed. The Balance of 5% is due upon signing your finalised HIA home contract.

The HIA contract to be signed within 7 days from date of issue to maintain your fixed price agreement.

Colour Selection

Our Interior Designer will be in contact to book your design appointment.

This will be a dedicated appointment where you will be guided and assisted in creating/selecting the style of your home.

Pre Construction

Your dedicated your Building Co-ordinator will now take over your project and guide you through to Construction Commencement.

Through this phase they manage any approvals required through Council, Developers and to obtain your building permit. They’ll be in regular contact keeping you informed along the way.

Your 24/7 client portal will be created at this point which is where all your important information is kept for easy access, it will also provide live updates on how your project is tracking.

Construction

The most exciting phase is when your home commences construction. Once your building permit is obtained your Building Co-ordinator will confirm your commencement date.

From here your project will be taken over by our Construction Team with a dedicated Construction Supervisor project managing your home build all the way through to settlement.

Your Construction Supervisor will be your main point of contact from here on in and they’ll be providing you with regular updates throughout Construction.

Onsite meetings can be requested through this phase.

Handover & Keys

Your home build is complete and we’re now ready to hand over the keys to your new home.

Your Construction Supervisor will arrange your final inspection of the home and once completed, the keys are yours after settlement has taken place.
